01AI is bankrupted by Kammeradvokaten (a private lawyer most of the time acting on behalf of the Danish state), in case similar to Peer Kølendorf’s (which took 9 years to rectify) and earning them millions (please have patience, the link is slow to open but worth the wait). There are sadly many similar examples of this happening in Denmark, but having almost no chance to win in court and better things to spend my time on I have instead restarted what I could and now protect my companies much better against such attacks.
