I was part of founding and funding the Alternative political party (No relation to Alternative für Deutschland and similar far-right; quite the opposite it is a social liberal project), lending them both cash, people and one of the Teslas (rare in Denmark back then) I had access to. Later found the choice of party leadership to be a mistake, and national politics in general to be too messy and ineffective for me to ever engage in it again.
